Welcome to our EDI Library!

Our library aims to support students in expanding their knowledge about EDI-related topics. We are providing an accessible way for all students within our department to experience different perspective and to "learn outside of the classroom".

This library is a place for students within the Faculty of Science at the University of Ottawa to access EDI-related novels (fiction and non-fiction) by request.

To request a novel, please follow the below instructions:

1) Create an account

2) Verify your email address

3) Click "Request Member Access" and enter "https://edi.librarika.com/"

4) Visit our library!

5) When you are logged in you can view and search our catalogue. By clicking on a novel you will be brought to an info page where you can view a novel's availability, and make requests.

THE “TL;DR” OF THE BOOK IS:

Wellness is not a state of mind, but a state of action. It is the freedom to move through the innate cycles and oscillations of being human - from effort to rest and back, from connection to autonomy and back, from adventure to homecoming and back.

But we have been lied to our whole lives about what wellness “should” look like, and rejecting that lie, all those myths about “having it all” and “finally achieving lasting peace” is how we create space in our lives for that free action through the cycle of being human.
