Mental Health

If you are struggling with your mental health through grad school, you are not alone. A recent study completed at Harvard University showed that graduate students were three times more likely than the average person to suffer from poor mental health.1 This page is dedicated to sharing resources, tips, and tools, that your fellow graduate students have found helpful in maintaining their mental health.
